Tweet Tales Tuesday Week 148
November 25, 2014
15 Minute Tweet TalesI’m chugging toward the end of revisions on my novel, so just a quick post of my 15 Minute Tweet Tales today. Hope everyone has a very Happy Thanksgiving!!

11/19 – Captain lambastes sailors for being lazy, so they toss him overboard to nap. They don't see coming storm, so it becomes perpetual sleep.

11/20 – When asked to divulge secret of youth, she quips: I follow Countess Báthory's bloody example. They laugh. Because they think she's joking.

11/21 – No matter how many prestigious awards she won, it would never be enough for her parents because she had lived when her brother died.

11/22 – Bombarded by news the world's going to hell, she cloisters herself in house. Takes her two weeks to realize apocalypse actually occurred.

11/23 – I try to convince Arif to give me the codes, but a yahoo at the bar keeps shouting racist insults. That idiot might doom our country.

11/24 – Our mom's tears don't deter my obdurate brother as he murders his way to power. I need to relieve her shame, so I cut his brake lines.

11/25 – Vivacious kittens in pet store window make him smile for first time in weeks. Takes them home and flushes overdose of pills he'd gathered.

Play along and write tweet tales for the above words. If you’re willing to share, post them on twitter with the hashtag #15tt or add them below in the comments because I’d love to read them. Any thoughts about this week's tweet tales or #15tt words?
